    What a wonderful group of employees. I couldn't have hoped for a more professional, compassionate mortuary. The fact that they were extremely affordable was an excellent plus. I would definitely recommend them from my experience at a very difficult time.

    It is yet another Wells Fargo branch in the Sun Cities area. This one has fewer parking issues than many if the others and is in a great location. I use it occasionally - it is handy on Bell Road.

    Do not ever use the drive-up teller at this bank. I know from experience that they will not wait on you until everybody in the lobby has been taken care of. I have waited as much as a half hour at the drive up teller and would have left except they already had my transaction. Once when I complained to the person in charge she just said that it was her policy to wait on the lobby customers first. She has to be one of the stupidest people I have ever met. It is not just me; I once saw a lady who was about 80 wait in the hot Arizona sun in the drive-up line for about 20 minutes then I had to go. Before I knew better I went in here to open a savings account. I put my name on a waiting list (first on the list) and sat down. A half hour later nobody had looked at the list and nobody had even ackowledged me even though there were 2 ladies at desks not helping anybody (one was the lady in charge). I finally got up and left. I would not advise anybody to use this bank for any reason. The bad thing is that I have to go to this bank once a month to make my car payment. I go to the drive-up if nobody is there already, send in my transaction then leave because I know it would be at least a half hour before I got my receipt back. Compass Bank higher management really needs to take a closer look at the practices at this bank and get someone in there who actually knows how to run a bank.

    There are 2 negative reviews on here. One tenant moved out without giving a 30 day notice. By law, she should not get any deposit back, but she was given half back just because we were nice. The other tenant broke her lease, did not pay rent her last month in the house, the carpets were absolutely filthy, a window was broken and they left a ton of garbage on the curb that we had to haul off. The tenant expected her deposit to be refunded. They try to claim repairs were not done, but we can prove that is a lie. Good luck to anyone that rents to them in the future.
